Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only and not for prepayment. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen). The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.

Guests cannot choose where to eat meals. The hotel will determine whether meals are served at the dining room or a private dining room.

Shuttle buses from Hakone Yumoto Train Station are available at a surcharge. The last shuttle is available at 18:45.

The outdoor pool is open from the end of July until 31 August.

When using the private hot spring and the public baths, please do not bring towels inside the bathtubs. Please inform Yoshiike Ryokan in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
